News reaching coindaily on the 18th of Sept stated that Michael Li recently left LinkedIn for coinbase, now working as the VP of data in the U.S. based crypto exchange and wallet provider.
Michael started working for LinkedIn as the Director of Business Analytics, back in 2011. Li has been busy developing his personal skills specializing on business analytics and data science, while working for the firm for the past 7 years.
The data expert published on one of his LinkedIn post that centralized data organization is a “strategic way to get the most value out of data for the company,” claiming that it is “still a new concept for many companies,” including those in Silicon Valley.
He further adviced all companies that wishes to excel in an environment of rapidly growing data and stricter data regulations to develop a strong data organization.
Talking about his new position at coinbase, Li stated in a medium post that a good Data structure will go a long way to help coinbase serve its clients well, claiming that data serves as the “core strategy” that provides “the most trusted and easiest-to-use” crypto services.
